Attorney wins “Top Award” from the Cape Coral Association of Realtors
Annette Giardina Haber, Esquire, of the Dellutri Law Group. P.A. has been recognized as “Affiliate of the Year” during the 2011 Award ceremony presented by the Cape Coral Association of Realtors on December 1st at Tarpon Pointe Marina. The 2011 Affiliate of the Year Award was presented to Ms. Haber for her invaluable service, support and participation in the Affiliate Committee and ongoing education of the Realtor members. The Award recognizes Ms. Haber for her contributions and dedication to promote and support Association Activities that directly benefit both the Realtor profession and the services they provide to the general public. Professional services provided by the Cape Coral Association of Realtors Affiliate Members are an essential part of all Realtors’ day-to-day business. The Affiliate of the Year Award is given to an outstanding Affiliate that has given their time and talents over the past year to further advance the goals of the Association through their outstanding volunteer work in the Association and through out our community.
Ms. Haber has been a practicing attorney in our area for over 6 years. She graduated from Barry University School of Law in Orlando, Florida. Upon returning to Cape Coral, she began her practice with a local firm concentrating in the areas of real property law; real estate transactions to include drafting contracts; handling residential and commercial closings; issuing title insurance; residential and commercial lending; and corporate and business law. In order to stay current with the changes and needs in the economy and real estate market, she expanded her practice in 2007 to include providing some clarity and direction by counseling clients on available loss mitigation options such as Loan Modifications, Short Sales, Deeds-in-Lieu of Foreclosure and Foreclosure Settlements. In August, 2010, Ms. Haber welcomed the opportunity and joined the Dellutri Law Group to manage the Cape Coral office and also run the Firm’s Real Estate Department. She is extremely passionate about her work and concentrates the majority of her practice in representing clients through loss mitigation options with a specialization in the residential short sale process for both primary residences and investment properties, and commercial short sales. She also continues the practice of drafting real estate contracts; issuing title insurance; and handling residential and complex commercial closings.
Ms. Haber has been a member of the Cape Coral Association of Realtors since 2006 and is also a member of the Women’s Council of Realtors. She frequently lectures on the constant changing trends in the short sale processes; the governmental options available under the Making Home Affordable Program, Home Affordable Modification Program (HAMP), Home Affordable Refinance Program (HARP) and Home Affordable Foreclosure Alternative (HAFA); and real estate contract issues and revisions.
